Return Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Superior Ostrich. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at info@superiorostrich.com so we can address the issue.

Live Birds, Meat, and Eggs: Please note that we do not accept returns for live birds, meat, or eggs due to their perishable nature.

Non-Perishable Products: If you are not completely satisfied with a non-perishable product, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will replace or refund the product, including any shipping charges, as appropriate.

Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
